最近去到一间餐厅吃饭，墙上挂着一幅字联：

‘心不专，念不一，做是难以成就'

翻译成英文应该是这样：
If we are easily distracted and do not pay full attention to the task at hand, it will be difficult to accomplish anything。

吃顿饭也能有很多体悟。

这句话已经加在我的座右铭里面了。 共勉之。
